Mr. Ahlgren's combination of engineering and operations expertise will allow him to drive product development and pilot manufacturing across WaveSplitter's multiple technology platforms and ensure a smooth and rapid transition to volume production.

Mr. Ahlgren brings 20-plus years of experience to WaveSplitter having served in executive level engineering and operational roles at both large and start-up companies. Prior to joining WaveSplitter, Mr. Ahlgren served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at C Speed, a privately held company developing 3D MEMS-based optical-switch subsystems. Before that Mr. Ahlgren served as President and COO of Silicon Evolution, a silicon-on-insulator materials company.
